What to expect

Sessions can be completed online or in person and are 50 minutes. Generally this time is spent getting an understanding of your current difficulties and your background. I may ask you to complete some paperwork and questionnaires prior to our first meeting. At our second meeting we will generally discuss options for treatment. Typically, ongoing sessions are 50 mins and are conducted weekly or biweekly.

What is a Clinical Psychologist?

Clinical psychologists have completed a Masters Degree in psychology, following 4 years of undergraduate study in psychology. This involves the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of various mental health disorders.
